How to request a refund

Payments are processed by our reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for our orders. To request a refund, visit paddle.net using the email address on your order, or contact our support team and we will assist you.

What happens after a refund

Following a refund your subscription will end and access to paid features will be removed. You can continue to use the free Starter plan and, for a short grace window, export your data.
